Lead café operations while inspiring your barista team
Create staff schedules and oversee daily activities
Prepare and serve quality coffee and food

Oversee inventory management and ordering processes

Requirements:
At least 5 years of managerial experience in food service
Deep understanding of specialty coffee
Proven experience in team training and mentoring
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
Food Secure Level 1 certification required
