Clinic is expanding and looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to assist in providing top-notch care to patients. In this role, you will work alongside a diverse team of healthcare specialists to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient interviews, documentation, and maintaining adherence to clinic protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct primary care to patients in the clinic
Collaborate effectively with physicians and pharmacists
Maintain thorough documentation for clinical compliance
Understand clinic procedures for efficient operations
Conduct patient histories and schedule follow-ups Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner degree or equivalent
Robust knowledge in health assessment and procedures
At least one year of relevant nursing experience
Knowledge of EMR systems is advantageous Support patient health and engagement as part of the Enhanced Care Clinic team in Beeton.
