As part of the Substance Treatment and Rehabilitation Team, you will utilize advanced nursing skills to assess and treat patients experiencing addiction challenges.

This role requires a deep understanding of mental health, multidisciplinary collaboration, and autonomous decision-making in complex cases. Key Responsibilities:
Perform rapid medical and mental health assessments
Coordinate care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals
Educate clients on addiction treatment options and resources




Utilize evidence-based practices to improve client care outcomes
Lead initiatives in policy development and quality improvement Requirements:
Registered Nurse in Extended Class with current Ontario registration
Master's or Doctoral degree with a clinical specialty
Two years experience in healthcare, particularly in Mental Health
Valid CPR and crisis intervention training certifications
