Join the Near North District School Board as a Licensed Maintenance-Plumber in North Bay. This position plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of plumbing systems. As a Licensed Maintenance-Plumber with the Near North District School Board, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and repairing plumbing across various facilities in the North Region.

Candidates must hold a current Ontario Plumbers License and possess robust technical knowledge of plumbing codes and safety. This role includes both routine maintenance and emergency response duties. Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and connections
Manage hydronic and compressed air systems
Assist with maintenance staff and contractors
Provide emergency response outside regular work hours
Conduct cost estimations for repairs and maintenance Requirements:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma
Current Ontario Plumber’s License
Class G Driver's License required
WHIMIS certification preferred
