With a robust foundation in disability case management, you will create advisory services and provide tailored recommendations for return-to-work processes. Your collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders will be key in aligning strategies and ensuring smooth transitions for employees. Key Responsibilities:
Establish workplace health advisory services for employees
Liaise with HR, legal, and management teams
Analyze occupational health data for insights
Develop training sessions for HR best practices
Guide employees through disability leave processes Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc.N.)
Minimum seven years in HR and disability management
Bilingual in French and English
Strong Excel skills required
