Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive Muay Thai training programs tailored to kids and adults of varying skill levels
Teach proper techniques, stances, combinations, and defensive skills with transparent instructions and demonstrations
Ensure a safe training environment by monitoring participants closely and enforcing safety guidelines
Incorporate teaching methods that motivate students, build confidence, and encourage consistent progress
Support students’ development by providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching
Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas and equipment before and after classes




Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes respect, discipline, and camaraderie among participants

Experience
Proven experience teaching Muay Thai or other martial arts to diverse age groups, especially children and beginners
Strong background in martial arts instruction with a focus on safety, technique, and student engagement
Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct both kids and adults in a transparent, engaging manner
Prior experience in teaching or coaching swimming is a plus, highlighting versatility in physical instruction
Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet individual needs while maintaining energetic class dynamics
Passion for fitness, martial arts, and helping others achieve their personal goals
