Your responsibilities will include performing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance on various systems, and ensuring a clean and secure setting. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interact professionally with contractors. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely maintenance of building assets
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and annual inspections
Assist in troubleshooting building operating system outages
Manage contractor visits and verify completed work
Adhere strictly to health and safety practices Requirements:
Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator Certificate or equivalent
Three years of experience in building systems operation
Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Excellent verbal and written communication
