Monarch Health Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing in-home healthcare team in Victoria, BC. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered care to seniors in their homes. The OT will complete assessments, create treatment plans, and support clients in maintaining independence through our Ageing-in-Place program.

Responsibilities
Provide in-home occupational therapy to clients in Victoria and surrounding areas
Complete comprehensive assessments, including mobility, ADLs, cognition, and home safety
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
Educate clients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and protected mobility
Document assessments, interventions, and progress notes accurately and on time
Collaborate with Monarch’s interdisciplinary team to support client wellness
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed




Maintain skilled and ethical standards at all times

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
Current registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required for home visits)
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Experience working with seniors or in community/home-based settings is an asset
Ability to work independently with excellent clinical judgment
