Duties
Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout your shift
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety compliance
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with established protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean items for food service




Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or dishwashing within a restaurant, hotel, or food service setting
Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues
Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary
Prior experience with hospitality or restaurant service enhances your ability to adapt quickly
