Perform duties associated with Guest services which include but are not limited to looking after the arrivals & departures of hotel guests, make reservations for upcoming guests, handle cash & credit card transactions, answer all telephone calls.

Perform all night auditor tasks such as: ensuring cash-outs and drops are accurate, ensuring room charges are posted accurately correcting any that are not, close and balance POS terminals, data entry, print & distribute all reports as well as shutting-down and re-starting all systems & software.

Knowledge of the OPERA Cloud and ALOHA POS systems would be an asset.

Respond to all Guest complaints during the overnight shift, providing exemplary service at all times.

All other related Front Office, Night Audit & clerical tasks as needed.
