Insight Global is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to join a leading organization in the change management and career development space. This individual will support both clients and internal operations teams by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth administration of training programs, registrations, orders, payments, and client records.

On a daily basis, the Client Operations Coordinator will manage inbound phone calls and emails, respond to client inquiries, route requests to appropriate internal teams, and maintain accurate records within CRM and business systems. They will process registrations, orders, and payments, support participant tracking and waitlists, assist with credential verification requests, and ensure clients receive a seamless experience throughout their engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Operations, Finance,



and Sales teams while contributing to ongoing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Must Haves
2+ years of customer service, client support, administrative, or operations experience
Experience supporting customers through phone and email communications
Experience working within CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience processing orders, registrations, payments, or customer records
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Experience with shipping platforms such as FedEx or UPS
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
