First Stays is a Montreal-based leasing agency working with some of the city's biggest developers. We lease up apartment buildings across Montreal, and we're looking for someone to build our brand presence from the ground up.

This isn't a "run some ads and wait" role — you'll be filming, editing, and posting daily. You'll build our TikTok into something people actually want to watch (office culture, trends, building tours), run our LinkedIn page, and eventually manage our ad campaigns on DuProprio, Zumper, Meta, and Google — no ads experience needed, we'll train you.

What you'll be doing:
Filming and editing TikTok content and growing the account
Running the First Stays LinkedIn page
Posting and managing listing ads across DuProprio, Zumper, Meta, and Google (training provided)
Working with our leasing agents and in office teams to get access and content at our buildings

What we're looking for:
Someone who can shoot and edit positive short-form video
Someone who understands and can adapt to new trends




Comfortable directing others on camera — you don't need to be the one in the videos
Strong writer, especially for LinkedIn
Bilingual (English/French) a solid plus
No marketing degree required — we care about your work, not your resume

The details:
$36,000/year
Bonus opportunity: take on part-time leasing with our agent team on commission outside your coordinator hours
Performance bonuses tied to lead generation once you're running the ads side
