Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Aesthetician. This role is ideal for a co-op student seeking to gain practical experience and complete required hours in a qualified spa environment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality skincare treatments while delivering exceptional service to our clients, contributing to a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every guest.

Duties
Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, massage
Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Demonstrate product usage through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit.
Assist in sales by promoting skincare products that align with clients' needs.
Uphold hospitality standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Skills




Robust background in hospitality to enhance the guest experience.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Experience in providing eyelash extensions is preferred but not mandatory.
Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that educate clients on skincare options.
Sales skills to promote products effectively while meeting client needs.
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the workspace.
