The Field
Welder position with Koch-Glitsch requires a mechanically inclined individual ready to tackle various tasks in mass transfer systems. Candidates should possess solid skills in working with thin-gauge and stainless materials. You will deal with the whole process from fabricating components to safely installing them at height and in confined spaces. Key Responsibilities:
Execute precision welding on mass transfer internals
Perform various hand welding techniques as needed
Interpret and follow layout and assembly drawings
Conduct in office small-assembly and fabrication tasks
Safely install internals in field locations Requirements:
Relevant experience in hands-on welding and fabrication
Expertise in processing stainless steel and carbon steel
Proficient in reading mechanical drawings
Current safety and welding certifications required
