This remote role provides flexibility in Ontario or British Columbia while ensuring project accuracy and completeness. As a Senior Analyst, you will be the key coordinator for RFPs, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales and Compliance.

Your expertise will help maintain the Loopio platform for content updates and library hygiene. This role requires a high level of organization and effective follow-through with stakeholders to navigate this energetic process smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee RFP, RFI, and DDQ project intake and submission
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information




Set up and track Loopio projects efficiently
Follow up with stakeholders on project status
Manage ongoing updates regarding RFP library health Requirements:
Proven experience in proposal operations or project management
Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines
Solid verbal and written communication skills
