Duties
Operate meat cutting equipment and tools with precision to ensure consistent product quality
Prepare and portion meat according to specified weights and standards, utilizing butchery techniques
Package meat products efficiently while maintaining hygiene and food safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with industry regulations
Monitor product quality throughout the production process, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
Follow strict food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health standards
Assist in inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished products accurately

Experience




Prior experience in food processing or meat production is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Knowledge of butchery techniques and meat cutting skills are highly desirable
Familiarity with packaging processes within the food industry enhances your effectiveness in this role
Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues
Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety standards is essential for maintaining a compliant work environment
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting while adhering to safety protocols
