Work Location Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours 37.5 hours per week Line of Business TD General Pay Details $91,200 - $136,800 CAD Job Description At TD Wealth, Advisors strive to deliver exceptional client outcomes while building world‑class practice teams. The Senior Practice Consultant is a subject‑matter expert who diagnoses, assesses, and assists practices at various stages. This role engages with Advisors in a practice discovery and solution process, delivering solutions that harness the full scope of Practice Management across Value Proposition Creation, Discovery, Planning, Investment Management, and consulting on all aspects of running and growing a practice through its lifecycle. The role involves thought‑leadership delivery for larger groups as well as desk‑side, one‑on‑one, advisory, and team engagements. It focuses on equipping local Advisors to grow through greater efficiency, prospecting, internal referrals, consolidation strategies, brand building, tangible value creation, team development, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities This role is accountable for driving practice enhancement, engagement, and coaching with High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) Advisory teams (Private Investment Advice). It also implements tactical Practice Management initiatives at the leader and Advisor level.



Qualifications Proven track record in the delivery of HNW advice and solutions to clients. 10+ years of Sales Leadership, Coaching, Training and/or Advisory experience. Excellent presentation skills and a history of one‑on‑one and group coaching. Forward‑looking thought leader with problem‑solving skills, an understanding of advisory practice optimisation, and the ability to develop pragmatic solutions. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintain discipline around timelines, implementation, and sustainment. Ability to guide others to desired conclusions and influence accountability. Knowledge of TD Wealth products, systems, procedures, and structure. Understanding of Private Wealth Management operations, regulations, and procedures. Subject‑matter expertise and/or industry certifications/accreditations such as CSC, IFIC, PFP, PFPc, CFP, CFA are considered assets. Team‑oriented with strong team-oriented skills, able to partner with business units. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to address diverse audiences. Coaching designations such as ACC, PCC through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or other recognised bodies are considered assets. Consulting certifications such as Kolbe, StrengthsFinder, DISC, Myers‑Briggs are also considered assets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
