Duties

- Prepare fresh sushi ingredients and assist in assembling sushi dishes with precision and care
- Support cooking and food preparation tasks for various menu items in accordance with safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices
- Assist in serving customers by ensuring timely delivery of orders and addressing their needs courteously
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure all products are stored, handled,



and prepared hygienically
- Help manage inventory levels by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors of shortages
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Skills

- Previous food service experience, particularly in a restaurant or kitchen setting, is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and meal preparation techniques
- Ability to cook various dishes with attention to detail and consistency
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, professional attitude toward customers
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Effective communication skills to work seamlessly within a team environment
- Passion for culinary arts and eagerness to learn new skills related to sushi making and food presentation
