Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll have :

- Ensure the operation and administration of virtual environments
- Maintain platform performance, stability, and availability
- Manage vulnerabilities (prioritize, treat, track)
- Diagnose and resolve incidents
- Analyze root causes of problems and deploy fixes
- Participate in change management (updates, deployments)
- Track and analyze performance indicators
- Perform proactive monitoring of environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary IT teams
- Document configurations, standards, and procedures.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

- Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in virtual environments
- Experience with Citrix (required)/AVD (an asset)
- Have ITIL experience (incidents,



problems, changes)
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and security
- Demonstrate knowledge of an ITSM tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Have PowerShell knowledge (an asset)
- Have a mastery of Windows environments
- Have a positive understanding of networks
- This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential to understand documentation and ensure professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues across Canada.
