Engineer position focuses on operational excellence and TSF oversight. CSG Talent is partnering with a reputable Canadian mining company to find a Senior Tailings Engineer. Ideal candidates will possess broad experience across tailings, ideally with a background in consulting. This role provides a chance to manage critical aspects of tailings management and contribute to the development of junior engineers. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and operate the site’s TSFs safely
- Lead tailings deposition planning and execution
- Support overall mine water management efforts
- Collaborate with Engineers of Record
- Provide oversight on geotechnical investigations Requirements:
- 5-10 years in tailings or geotechnical engineering
- P.Eng. eligibility with EGBC
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Relevant engineering degree required
- Valid Canadian Driver's Licence necessary Engage in meaningful work, overseeing tailings facilities and guiding future engineering talent within a supportive mining workplace.
