Support production through effective setup and troubleshooting
Implement new tool processes and lead setups
Collaborate with team leaders on quality issues
Lead corrective actions to enhance production quality
Manage labor distribution and scheduling across moulding areas Requirements:
Minimum three years as a setup technician
RJG Mold Master I training advantageous
Experience with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation
Solid organizational and communication skills needed
