Responsibilities
Assist clients with their mortgage financing needs
Review client information and supporting documentation
Prepare mortgage applications
Research suitable mortgage solutions
Communicate with clients and lenders throughout the application process
Maintain organized client and transaction records
Develop and maintain professional referral relationships
Participate in brokerage training and professional development
Follow brokerage policies,



procedures and applicable regulatory requirements

Qualifications
Ontario Mortgage Agent licence or currently completing the licensing process
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Qualified and client-focused approach
Good organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently
Previous experience in mortgages, banking, financial services, real estate or sales is an asset but not required

Compensation Compensation is based on the applicable agent agreement and may vary based on experience and production.
