Duties
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls appropriately and providing exceptional customer service
Verify patient information, update medical records,



and ensure accuracy in documentation
Maintain organized front desk operations, including filing, faxing, and handling correspondence
Manage patient appointments using EMR ( Oscar pro preferred)

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple phone lines effectively
Previous experience working with electronic medical records and administrative tasks is advantageous
