Provide consulting on employee performance and corrective action




Ensure HRIS and employee records are maintained accurately
Implement strategic HR initiatives and policy changes

Assist in recruitment, interviews, and candidate screening Requirements:
4 – 7 years of HR experience needed
Preferred post-secondary education in Human Resources
Certification in Human Resources (CHRP) is advantageous
Must be able to travel regularly in the GTA
