Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
Assist with patient flow in a busy medical dermatology environment
Educate patients on skincare routines and product recommendations
Support front desk operations including scheduling, check‑in, and check‑out
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive workspace
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with skincare products, treatments, or cosmetic procedures (an asset, not required)
