Lead the end-to-end execution and management of all growth, and GTM initiatives for Manulife Bank

Requirements
6+ years of experience in GTM strategies and execution, ideally within a growth-focused environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Experience in building and optimizing processes, with a track record of leveraging technology and AI to enhance efficiency
Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing analytics, data visualization tools
Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end and complex delivery of growth initiatives
Experience in leading Agile operations, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration
