Probably Nothing is coming to Waterworks Food Hall, and we’re looking for the person who wants to open it with us.

We’re a small-format café built around really positive matcha, really valuable bagels, great coffee and thoughtful hospitality. There’s a strong appreciation for Japanese Matcha culture in what we do — quality matcha from Kyoto Japan , simplicity, precision, beautiful presentation and doing the small things exceptionally well.

THE PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You probably come from a great café, matcha bar, bakery, specialty coffee shop or fast-paced hospitality concept.

You understand that details matter — how the matcha is prepared, how the counter looks, how a guest is greeted, how quickly the line moves and whether the team actually enjoys working together.





Experience with Japanese matcha or café culture is a major plus.

You’re confident without needing to be corporate.

You can lead without hovering.

You move fast.

You notice things.

You have high standards.

And you genuinely like people.

YOU’LL OWN

● Opening and launching our current Waterworks location

● Hiring and building your opening team

● Training and setting the standard from Day One

● Matcha, coffee, bagel and product execution

● Daily operations, scheduling and labour

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
