Oversee monthly and quarterly performance management reporting
Manage two FP&A; Analysts, providing mentorship and guidance
Implement standardized templates and review procedures for reports
Facilitate Corporate Planning processes and financial reviews
Provide backup for Treasury activities as needed Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in FP&A; or corporate finance
At least 2 years’ experience managing finance teams
Proven ability in developing executive-ready presentations
Robust analytical and Excel skills
