Support iA Financial Group with legal litigation services
Draft various legal documents including briefs and motions
Serve as a representative in court scenarios
Manage and negotiate disputes efficiently
Provide knowledgeable opinions on litigation processes

Requirements:
Required: Law Degree (LLB or JD) and 5–10 years experience
Valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Background in insurance litigation beneficial
French language skills a plus
