Overview

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Liquor Store Clerk to join our retail team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions and maintaining an organized and inviting store setting. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, be capable of multitasking and have a passion for delivering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a courteous manner
Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product selection
Ensure compliance with all legal age verification procedures during sales
Keep the store clean, organized and well-stocked throughout the shift
Restocking as needed
Capability of lifting up to 10 - 15 pounds




Previous retail sales or cashiering experience an asset
Strong communication skills in English
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and/or evenings; must be 19 years or older
Multilingual skills are considered an asset to serve our diverse clientele
Serving it right will be required

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
