Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately
Use hand tools and power tools to replace filters, belts, batteries, and perform minor repairs
Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or products
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings clearly to customers or management
Lift heavy tires and automotive parts safely while adhering to safety protocols




Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
Support the team with basic vehicle repairs as needed, contributing to overall shop efficiency

Skills
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools confidently
Excellent customer service skills to engage with clients professionally and courteously
Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly while following safety guidelines
Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and safety standards
Effective communication skills for explaining technical information clearly
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive industry
