Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail to ensure consistent quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing multiple orders simultaneously
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and storage protocols
Collaborate with servers and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent guest experiences





Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Solid understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute
Basic serving skills are a plus, along with familiarity with meal preparation and food industry standards
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
