Carry out tasks relating to the supervision and rescue of bathers, teaching, sanitary maintenance and accident prevention.
Key Responsibilities
Reports directly to the supervisor.
He/she must be able to answer questions from the public about programmes and events.
He/she must administer first aid.
He/she must be prepared and organised for the course programme. He/she may give different courses.
Must attend special events (outdoor pool). Must attend pre-season training.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Instruction :
National lifeguard
CPR
Red Cross instructor or current instructor certification
Bilingual - English and French
