We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the effective preparation and presentation of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Support meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders




Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food presentation and customer satisfaction
Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation

Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Robust understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and evenings
Passion for the food industry with a desire to learn and grow professionally in culinary arts

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
