El Corazón Latin restaurant offering fresh & creative dishes featuring a modern spin on Latin plates. We are looking to add Line Cooks + Prep Cooks to our team!

As a cook, you must have enough stamina to be in constant motion and skills to coordinate and organize processes and people.

The goal is to make service faster and better to help enhance our quality and reputation.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
Monitor order tickets and prioritize tasks based on customer preferences and special requests
Communicate any delays or issues with food preparation to the appropriate team members
Assist in meal preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly





Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
