Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Part Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive work workplace.

Our brewery operates a robust catering kitchen that serves our daily menu which includes a variety of traditional menu items such smash burgers and flatbreads. Our kitchen also services our events and catering business which includes a special menu for large events including but not limited to weddings.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver solid food service.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed




Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Assist in developing new recipes and menu items
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
Experience in restaurant management and kitchen operations
Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Event catering experience is major asset
