We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The Line

Cook will be responsible for preparing meals according to recipes and standards, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal delivery
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation before serving




Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to food safety and sanitation standards
Support inventory management by properly storing ingredients and supplies

Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting with a focus on quality and efficiency
Solid understanding of the food industry practices related to cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
