We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining high standards of food safety.

Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, and a solid understanding of the food industry will be highly valued. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring quality and efficiency in every dish served.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality
Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours




Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation
Support the overall operations of the kitchen by assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen settings preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Positive communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
