Experienced Line Cook – Italian RestaurantLocation: Vaughan, ONJ

Job Type: Part time, PermanentSchedule: Evening and weekend shifts

Pay range $24.00–$26.00 perhour, based on experience

Responsibilities
Prepare and execute high-quality Italian dishes with consistency and speed
Work primarily on the pasta and sauté stations
Assist on grill and prep stations as needed
Prepare pasta, sauces, seafood, chicken, veal, and other Italian dishes
Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service
Assist with restaurant service, private events, and catering
Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and food quality
Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
Solid Italian cuisine experience required
Experienced on pasta and sauté stations required




Experience with sauces, seafood, and grill
Able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen
Reliable, punctual, organized, and team-oriented
Food Handler Certification preferred
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
