Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently handling multiple tasks




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Assist in receiving deliveries, storing supplies properly, and rotating stock as needed

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant kitchens, with a solid foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced workplace
Excellent understanding of serving protocols and meal presentation standards
Robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and sanitation standards
Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and advancing within the food industry
