Duties
Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation are top-notch
Cook a variety of dishes with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail in a busy kitchen environment
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health regulations
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline service
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sanitizing surfaces and tools regularly
Support the team during peak hours by managing multiple orders swiftly while maintaining high standards of food service




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Solid knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Excellent serving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
Familiarity with meal preparation processes and kitchen equipment operation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated restaurant experience with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and positive attitude
Basic understanding of health regulations related to food industry standards
