Manage and coach the production team for optimal output




Directly supervise daily production activities

Facilitate development and acceptance of SOPs for processes
Engage in client collaborations and project inception Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry
Minimum 10 years in Pharmaceuticals
At least 1 year in a leadership position
Experience with manufacturing operations preferred
