Make a significant impact in patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Adult Emergency department of Shared Health in Winnipeg. This position combines hands-on nursing with a team-oriented healthcare approach. As a vital member of the Health Sciences Centre team, you will provide nursing services to patients with urgent health needs.

The role encompasses administering medical treatments, participating in care coordination, and continuous collaboration with healthcare professionals. Solid communication and critical thinking skills are essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing services to patients in emergency situations
Administer prescribed treatments and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with healthcare teams for integrated care




Engage in patient education and discharge processes
Document all patient interactions following policy guidelines Requirements:
Graduate from an approved Licensed Practical Nursing program
Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba
Preferred experience in emergency nursing
CPR certification required; knowledge of ACLS is a plus
Solid commitment to patient-centered care Use your nursing skills to enhance the quality of care in the Adult Emergency department at Shared Health.
