Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level
Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, assisting patients, and addressing inquiries
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations,



and policies

Requirements
Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
Previous experience or certification as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace, such as a hospital setting
