As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will support significant projects valued from $1.5 million to over $1 billion, addressing various legal challenges.
Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, maintaining corporate documents, and offering strategic legal advice to project teams. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, draft, and negotiate construction and commercial agreements
Advise project teams on legal matters affecting operations
Update contract templates and corporate legal documents
Review public procurement bid documents
Assist employees with legal inquiries related to projects Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. with Barreau du Québec membership
5–8 years of experience in construction or commercial law
Background in Public-Private Partnership agreements is an asset
Bilingual communication skills in French and English
