Your role will involve negotiating high-volume contracts and managing disputes, with a solid emphasis on data privacy regulations. We’re looking for a proactive individual who thrives under pressure and can effectively multi-task across legal matters. Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review commercial agreements, including cloud services
Assist in the resolution of consumer claims and disputes




Provide guidance on privacy standards and compliance
Monitor the legal landscape in logistics
Collaborate to implement innovation in legal practices

Requirements:
Established law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and Barreau du Québec membership
At least five years of experience in a related role
Proven client-focused approach with robust communication
Ability to prioritize and manage various legal issues
Full fluency in French and English, spoken and written
