As a Legal Counsel, you will work under the General Counsel, providing legal support across various domains including governance, compliance, and corporate matters.

Your experience in private practice or an in-house legal department will be essential as you interact with executive leadership and external counsels in a multicultural workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
Provide legal support to operational development teams
Assist in corporate governance documentation and compliance




Manage litigation and employment-related legal matters

Licensed lawyer in Ontario or eligibility to become licensed
Experience in mining, construction, or related sectors
