Job Duties:
Supervises staff on the specified shift to ensure that all employees are working safely, efficiently, and diligently to meet established standards
Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders (inbound and outbound).
Responsible in helping the shift supervisors run the floor & taking on a leadership role.
Freezer picking/inventory, picking orders, covering palletizing line for others breaks, loading & unloading trucks & trailers, fixing picking and inventory errors.
Running day or afternoon shift for vacation coverage of supervisor
Inventory maintenance & cycle counts
Export preparations, labeling, and documentation if required etc.
Coordinate and follow-up with productions for product shortage.

Requirements




Knowledge of Warehousing Best Practices
