We are seeking an experienced Lead Hand 310T Technician to lead maintenance operations in our busy shop.

This role demands robust diagnostic skills for heavy-duty vehicles and the ability to mentor apprentices. You will perform diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and annual safety inspections, ensuring fleet reliability and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial vehicles
Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Mentor and provide support to apprentices
Coordinate workflow and prioritize repair tasks
Ensure compliance with safety protocols in the workshop Requirements:
Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician License
3+ years of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance experience
Solid troubleshooting abilities for diesel engines and systems
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence (DZ preferred)
