Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Hand to join our agile team in overseeing daily operations within our warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse or manufacturing activities, ensuring timely order picking, packing, and load/unload operations.
Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and other machinery safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
Lead hands with powder coating and conveyor line experience
Hot, physical, quick-paced powder coating shop.
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
